Can kids be included in a pre-nuptial agreement?

This agreement does not apply in the case of rights to parenting.  You have to keep fighting in court to regain custody of your child from your spouse.  Children are not assets that can be assessed so you have to really fight for your child.  This prenuptial agreement can clearly state your assets and your partner’s assets, but does not apply to your marriage regarding child custody.
